Late January, The Front cuts demos for major label debut at the Woodland West Studios in Kansas City. Nine of the 10 songs for the first record were written from December 1988 to March 1989.

In January 1988 the band’s line-up was set consisting of vocalist Michael Anthony Franano, brother Bobby Franano on keyboards, guitarist Mike Greene, bassist Randy Jordan, and Shane Miller on drums. McGhee Entertainment took notice and signed on as the The Front”s management in March of 1998.
